About the role#
The Fixed Income Strats Summer Associate Program is a 10-week internship. You will work alongside full-time professionals on quantitative projects within an assigned team. The program includes a week of introductory training followed by on-the-job experience. You will receive coaching and feedback throughout the summer to help you understand a long-term career in this field.
What you'll do#
- Assist trading operations and contribute to quantitative projects.
- Develop mathematical models for trading and risk mitigation.
- Apply your technical expertise to solve complex problems.
- Participate in speaker series, product training, and networking events.
- Collaborate with teams across Macro, Credit Complex, Fixed Income Management, Commodities, and XVA.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a PhD or Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Your expected graduation date is between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, Matlab, Python, R, or Scala.
- Strong mathematical academic training and an interest in financial markets.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in New York, New York.
- The program takes place during the summer of 2027.
- An online assessment is required to complete your application.
