About the role#
This 10-week summer program offers an introduction to Human Resources at Morgan Stanley. You will spend your time in a specific HR function while gaining a broader view of the division. The program includes a week of initial training, followed by ongoing speaker series, networking opportunities, and educational events to help you understand the firm culture.
What you'll do#
- Partner with HR teams to implement programs that attract and retain employees.
- Create reports to provide compensation and headcount data to management.
- Collaborate across teams to reengineer processes for better operational efficiency.
- Support client delivery teams by assisting with employee relations investigations.
- Experiment with AI and technical tools to streamline HR processes.
- Present your work to HR senior management.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Interest in using AI tools to improve HR tasks.
- Preferred majors include Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Psychology.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
