About the role#
This 10-week summer program offers an immersive learning experience. You will combine structured training with practical work within the Finance division. You will gain exposure to core financial concepts, technical skills, and industry knowledge through live sessions and our Finance University platform. The role involves protecting the firm's books and records while contributing to risk management and business advisory.
What you'll do#
- Partner with teammates on day-to-day deliverables and special projects.
- Identify ways to improve processes, enhance controls, and increase operational efficiency using data and new technologies.
- Collaborate with other Summer Analysts on a group project to solve a specific business challenge.
- Provide reporting, analysis, and risk awareness to internal and external stakeholders.
- Use AI and emerging tools to drive efficiency and business impact.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Your expected graduation date is between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- You can collaborate in a team environment while also taking ownership of tasks independently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
