About the role#
The Investment Management Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship starting in June 2027. You will spend the first week in training in New York, followed by nine weeks working with the High Yield team in Boston. This program mirrors the responsibilities of a full-time analyst, allowing you to contribute directly to the team while gaining exposure to our culture.
What you'll do#
- Support portfolio managers, high yield analysts, and research associates in their daily work.
- Conduct fundamental research on company business models, operating strategies, and industry outlooks.
- Participate in daily investment team meetings and company reviews.
- Build and maintain proprietary financial models using data from company filings and other sources.
- Create spreadsheets and macros to compile information into unified reports.
- Work on special projects such as screening investment opportunities and assessing portfolio risk.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A strong academic record and extracurricular achievements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience modeling corporate financial statements from a credit perspective.
- An understanding of the corporate bond and equity markets.
- The ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.

- The base pay rate is 52.89 dollars per hour.
