What you'll do#
- Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and assignments.

- Provide marketing and sales support to branch teams.
- Perform market research to support team objectives.
- Gain exposure to wealth management products, services, and client financial needs.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma required; pursuit of a college degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Economics is preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A strong desire to gain a deeper understanding of the global wealth management business.
