About the role#

What you'll do#

• Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and assignments.
• Develop the business, financial, and analytical skills required for a career in financial services.
• Provide marketing and sales support to branch teams.
• Perform market research to support team objectives.
• Gain exposure to wealth management products, services, and client financial needs.

What you'll need#

• High school diploma required; pursuit of a college degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Economics is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A strong desire to gain a deeper understanding of the global wealth management business.
