About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain industry knowledge and develop professional skills within the global wealth management sector. You will work on-site in Pasadena, California, engaging in daily business assignments that support branch operations and client service needs. This is a paid, full-time position with a maximum duration of ten months.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to wealth management products, services, and client financial needs.
- Provide marketing and sales support to branch teams.
- Conduct market research to support business objectives.
- Develop financial and analytical skills through hands-on assignments.
- Build organizational knowledge through daily interactions with team members.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma.
- Current pursuit of a college degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A strong desire to understand the global wealth management business.
