About the role#
We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Intern to join our Industrial and Energy team in Wichita. You will work on-site and gain exposure to projects involving refineries, fertilizer plants, and logistics terminals. This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Work on real-world projects to gain diverse experience.
- Learn the full design process from start to finish.
- Use industry-specific design software.
- Collaborate with licensed engineers, project managers, and designers.
- Help the team meet client expectations and project schedules.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn in a team-oriented environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
