About the role#
The Warranty Program Associate supports the Parts Risk Management and Warranty team. You will assist with warranty project execution, claim management, risk tracking, and process improvements. This role requires collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to resolve warranty issues and meet business objectives.
What you'll do#
- Manage the intake, tracking, and closure of warranty claims while ensuring documentation is accurate.
- Monitor claim status and follow up on overdue actions.
- Maintain warranty risk registers and tracking tools.
- Analyze warranty data to identify cost drivers, performance indicators, and recurring failure patterns.
- Support KPI tracking and develop reporting dashboards.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis sessions and lessons learned reviews.
- Validate corrective and preventive actions.
- Map processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and data quality.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and document meeting minutes.
- Revise procedures, work instructions, and templates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Skill in interpreting technical instructions provided in mathematical or diagram form.
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, SharePoint, Power Automate, or Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A results-oriented and team-focused mindset.

- This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site in Orlando, Florida.
