About the role#
The Supply Chain Project Management Associate role provides administrative and coordination support to project managers and cross-functional teams. You will gain exposure to procurement processes and project execution within an industrial machinery manufacturing environment. This is a paid, on-site internship for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers with procurement activities and project execution tasks.
- Maintain procurement data accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Track supplier progress and follow up on deliverables to identify potential delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, quality, logistics, and finance.
- Use Insite LMS software and SharePoint databases to manage project documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Supply Chain, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail regarding data entry and documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
