About the role#
This 12-week internship program provides hands-on experience in supply chain and operations. Interns work on strategic business projects designed to contribute to the company's mission. The program includes mentorship, executive speaker sessions, and professional development opportunities to prepare participants for future leadership roles. Participants also join a team case competition and attend the Pentair Intern Summit.
What you'll do#
- Complete a real-world strategic business project and present objectives, processes, and results to company leadership.
- Participate in mentorship, networking events, and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with a cohort of students through team-based projects and intern programming.
- Engage in full-time work, approximately 40 hours per week.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Management.
- Strong interest in pursuing the full-time Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Program after graduation.
- Desire to grow into a leadership role within the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Willingness to relocate for the duration of the program.

- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Paid position at $28.00 per hour.
