About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time, paid internship program scheduled for Summer 2027. Interns will work approximately 40 hours per week, with two start date options available: late May to early August or early June to mid-August. This role is designed for students who have a strong interest in joining the full-time Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to a real-world, strategic business project and present your objectives, processes, and results to company leadership.
- Participate in professional development experiences, including mentorship, networking, and executive speaker sessions.
- Collaborate with other interns on a team case competition.
- Attend the Pentair Intern Summit for learning and development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A strong desire to pursue a future leadership role at Pentair.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Willingness to relocate and work on-site at various locations throughout the United States.
