About the role#
This 12-week internship program offers students hands-on experience in a professional environment. Interns participate in a structured cohort, engaging in mentorship, networking events, and executive speaker sessions. The program is designed to build professional skills and prepare participants for future career opportunities within the company.
What you'll do#
- Complete a strategic business project and present your results to company leadership at the end of the summer.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals on daily tasks and project objectives.
- Participate in cohort development activities, including a team case competition and an intern summit.
- Engage in professional development programming to expand your network and leadership capabilities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
- A preferred graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A strong interest in pursuing the full-time Sales Leadership Development Program upon graduation.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Work modality: On-site.
- Locations: Golden Valley, MN; Charlotte, NC; Hanover Park, IL; Delavan, WI; and Brookfield, WI.
- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).
- This is a paid, full-time position.
