About the role#
The Finance Leadership Development Internship Program is a 12-week, full-time summer experience designed to provide hands-on professional growth. Interns work on strategic business projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and participate in a cohort-based program that includes mentorship, networking events, executive speaker sessions, and a team case competition. The program culminates in a final presentation of project results to company leadership.
What you'll do#
- Execute a strategic business project that contributes to company objectives.
- Present project goals, processes, and results to leadership at the end of the term.
- Participate in professional development, social, and volunteer activities.
- Engage in a team case competition with fellow interns.
- Collaborate with and receive coaching from experienced finance professionals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior undergraduate student.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong interest in the full-time Finance Leadership Development Program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
