About the role#
ITT is seeking a full-time co-op student for a 6-month assignment. You will join the Global Trade Compliance team to support international trade operations through data analysis. This position is based on-site in Orchard Park, New York, and runs from Fall 2026 through Winter 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze trade compliance and operational data to spot trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with import and export compliance processes, audits, and documentation.
- Partner with Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and IT teams on cross-functional projects.
- Document business processes and support standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on automation and process efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, International Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in Power BI and SAP, including data modeling and dashboard development.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power Query, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Status: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
