About the role#
This is a full-time, 6-month co-op position supporting the Global Trade Compliance team. You will gain hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment by using data and business analysis to support international trade operations. You will work alongside professionals in Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and IT to drive data-informed decision-making and support compliance initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and interpret trade compliance and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools to support business decision-making.
- Perform data collection, validation, and cleansing activities to improve data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to trade compliance, supply chain, and operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, automation, and reporting capabilities.
- Assist with import and export compliance processes, documentation, audits, and the creation of standard operating procedures.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, International Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in Power BI and SAP, including data modeling, dashboard development, and report creation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in Power Query, SQL, or other analytics tools preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
