About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support daily business operations while ensuring quality requirements are met. You will spend 12 to 15 weeks working on projects within Mechanical or Quality Engineering. This is a full-time, paid position based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, running from May to August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Investigate nonconforming products from internal or external sources.
- Trend data and plan product disposition.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with teams across production, purchasing, planning, engineering, customer service, and suppliers.
- Conduct engineering projects related to Mechanical or Quality Engineering.
- Participate in career readiness programming to build professional skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- A major in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and technical documentation.
- A demonstrated ability to solve problems with logic and creativity.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.

- Compensation: $25 per hour.
