About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Houston, Texas. You will join the Aeroderivative New Units team to support business operations and process improvement. Please note that this role does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.
What you'll do#
- Take on a project focused on business operations to build your professional skills.
- Analyze data to spot trends and suggest improvements.
- Build tools and reports to help teams manage daily operations.
- Support the Aero New Units Execution teams with data-driven planning and project tracking.
- Help solve operational challenges by identifying ways to improve existing processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time, nationally accredited baccalaureate program in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Previous internship or project experience in operations or engineering.

- Compensation: $21 to $34 per hour, with applicable geographic differentials.
