    About the role#

    This twelve-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in manufacturing environments. It is designed to prepare students for the Supply Chain and Operations Rotational program after graduation. You will work alongside experienced professionals on projects related to production, materials planning, logistics, and quality control.

    What you'll do#

    • Participate in Lean manufacturing projects.
    • Support plant operations to meet and exceed performance goals.
    • Oversee daily production through capacity management and scheduling analysis.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
    • Implement measures to minimize waste on the manufacturing floor.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.
    • A scheduled graduation date between December 2027 and June 2030.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
    • Access to personal transportation.
    • Ability to relocate to a manufacturing plant location for the summer.

    Location & details#

    • This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
    • Potential locations include Lubbock, Texas; Marinette, Wisconsin; York, Pennsylvania; Largo, Florida; and San Antonio, Texas.
    • Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
