About the role#
This is a full-time Accounting & Finance internship for Summer 2027 based in Glendale, Wisconsin. You will work under the supervision of a Finance Manager to support business unit results and gain exposure to various departments including Operations, Procurement, and Engineering. This position is paid and requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Perform financial analyses to measure business unit performance.
- Assist with quarterly forecasts, profit plans, and monthly financial results.
- Generate key operational and financial performance metrics.
- Conduct special studies, such as competitive analysis, industry trend research, and internal benchmarking.
- Develop supporting materials for forecast and profit plan reviews.
- Present your findings and project analysis to senior leadership.
- Participate in the Future Leaders Internship Program, which includes professional development sessions and an innovation challenge.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Demonstrated computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
