About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in San Marcos, Texas. You will train across the plant environment, field operations, and project management. The role requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Train in plant operations to learn manufacturing processes.
- Gain exposure to steel fabrication, material handling, and quality control.
- Spend time in the carpentry shop and finishing departments.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Climb stairs up to 15 feet above ground as needed.
- Wear required personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, hard hats, and steel-toed shoes, when in the plant.
