About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting. You will work with internal customers and IT partners to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This is a 10-week summer program.
What you'll do#
- Gather requirements and write business requirement documents.
- Design, build, and implement new dashboards.
- Create analytical tabular reports.
- Debug and optimize existing data flows and reports.
- Perform unit testing and troubleshooting.
- Analyze data trends to provide actionable recommendations for decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Junior standing in an undergraduate program with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of data storage and ETL techniques.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
