About the role#
This internship supports the Data and Analytics team at Arthrex. You will help improve Data, Digital, and AI Literacy programs by facilitating communication and education for both technical and nontechnical teams. The role runs from January 2027 through April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings for various internal communities.
- Build relationships between business stakeholders and literacy programs.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analysis interviews, then document the results.
- Work with subject matter experts to write blogs, create video overviews, and build step-by-step instructions.
- Maintain and update existing learning modules and Engage Community SharePoint sites.
- Develop a backlog of content including articles, micro-learning modules, and how-to guides.
- Create emails, surveys, questionnaires, and assessments to support program goals.
- Define future state goals and road mapping alongside stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a college degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Junior standing or above is preferred.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- A general understanding of AI technology and modern digital tools.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform is preferred.
- Experience with change management is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Naples, Florida.
- The internship requires a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- This role is paid.
