About the role#
As a Customer One Intern, you will work with our sales team, leadership, and customers to analyze hospital data and performance metrics. You will help demonstrate the clinical and financial impact of our solutions. This role is based in Cary, Illinois, and requires you to work on-site. You will gain experience in a professional setting while supporting business and customer objectives through data-driven insights.
What you'll do#
- Identify, organize, and analyze hospital data and performance metrics.
- Build reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Prepare and validate datasets for accuracy.
- Conduct quality reviews and support specific customer analyses.
- Develop visualizations of internal datasets.
- Provide reporting and tools to increase sales productivity.
- Help deliver high-quality data to improve partner experiences.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Logistics.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
