About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the Medical Education team in Mahwah, New Jersey. You will gain exposure to the business strategy, budgeting processes, and program planning that drive our medical education initiatives. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and execute medical education courses and related activities.
- Collect and analyze data from programs to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Learn key training workstreams and assist with cross-functional team coordination.
- Build an understanding of customer profiles and apply feedback to improve the educational experience.
- Ensure program materials align with internal branding guidelines.
- Use communication tools to collaborate with team members and share project updates.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program following the conclusion of the internship.
- A cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
