About the role#
This 12-week summer internship immerses graduate students within the Inventory Management organization. You will analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations that influence business decisions. The program offers exposure to senior leadership and professional development opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Translate customer, market, and product insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Deliver a project that influences product strategy, portfolio decisions, or business performance.
- Develop processes to govern and validate supply chain data.
- Build KPIs to track the impact of your work.
- Analyze and manage inputs to supply chain systems to optimize service and financial metrics.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Finance to solve business problems.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share your findings with leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree such as an MBA or M.S.
- At least 3 years of professional business experience in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, the business community, and vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to present to senior management to influence decisions.
- Negotiation experience is preferred.
