About the role#
Medline Industries, LP is hiring an MBA Intern for our Supply Chain Optimization team. This is a 12-week summer program based in Northfield, Illinois. You will work on data analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations that influence business decisions. You will gain exposure to senior leaders and participate in professional development sessions.
What you'll do#
- Translate operational, supply chain, and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
- Deliver a project that improves efficiency, service levels, inventory, or operating performance.
- Develop and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cost-savings efforts.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Finance to solve business problems.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
- At least 3 years of professional business experience in Supply Chain or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to present to senior management to influence decisions.
