About the role#
Insulet Corporation is hiring a Supply Chain Co-op for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site at our office in Acton, Massachusetts. You will work with the Supply Chain Planning Team to provide analytical support and improve data-driven decision making. This role involves partnering with Global Procurement to improve supplier performance metrics.
What you'll do#
- Provide analytical and tactical support to the Supply Chain Planning Team to ensure raw material availability.
- Evaluate inventory levels by managing raw material delivery schedules.
- Support the monthly supplier forecast review by evaluating inventory targets.
- Lead and participate in daily conference calls with key suppliers to align on delivery schedules.
- Develop consistent reporting tools to manage performance and identify issues.
- Complete a defined set of projects, including the creation of new analytical tools and a metrics dashboard.
- Manage supplier interactions to drive on-time delivery and update purchase orders.
- Provide analytical support for ad-hoc supply chain planning projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or BA program in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and MRP processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
