About the role#
The Supplier Engineering Project Management Excellence (PME) team is looking for a graduate co-op to support project visibility and governance. You will work with PME leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy, improve reporting consistency, and standardize project management tools. This role focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the supplier development engineering portfolio.
What you'll do#
- Validate data accuracy and identify gaps in dashboards, reports, and project tracking tools.
- Maintain and update systems including Smartsheet, Power BI, SharePoint, and Planner.
- Create documentation such as standard work, playbooks, training materials, and quick reference guides.
- Analyze project data, compliance reports, and service tickets to identify trends and process improvements.
- Capture meeting notes and track action items for PME and Supplier Development Engineering projects.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to simplify manual tasks and increase reporting consistency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master of Science degree program in Industrial, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Experience or interest in analytics and workflow tools like Smartsheet, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, SQL, or Python.
- Ability to document processes clearly and translate workflows into practical user guidance.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $25.00 to $34.00 per hour.
