About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the Sales Service Division. You will gain insight into how our business operations support hospitals, clinics, and end users. The program lasts ten weeks, running from early June through mid-August. You will work alongside team members in sales, product support, quality assurance, and operations.
What you'll do#
- Shadow experienced professionals to learn service techniques.
- Assist customers with placing, tracking, and maintaining their orders.
- Provide product information and check current inventory status.
- Respond to routine and non-routine customer inquiries over the telephone.
- Review service needs and refer specific issues to other departments for follow-up.
- Participate in networking events and leadership presentations.
What you'll need#
- Junior standing in an undergraduate program, preferably in Business Administration.
- A 3.0 minimum GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel for job shadowing or mentorship programs.
- Unrestricted permanent US work authorization.
