About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within the product division at Medline Industries. You will work across various business areas, including product development, marketing, sales, and global sourcing. This is a full-time, paid summer program lasting 10 weeks, running from early June through mid-August.
What you'll do#
- Develop and launch new product lines or improve existing products.
- Help create and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to design packaging and promotional materials.
- Research the market and perform analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate with vendors to meet business goals and maintain relationships.
- Present information to the sales force and customers.
- Coordinate with inventory management to monitor stock levels.
What you'll need#
- Junior standing in an undergraduate program.
- A 3.0 minimum GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, planning, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Unrestricted permanent US work authorization.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management.

- The role is based on-site in Northfield or Chicago, Illinois.
- This position is for the Summer 2027 term.
