About the role#
As a Technical Writer Intern, you will contribute to documentation projects used by a global audience. You will work alongside senior writers and content engineers to learn how a modern content ecosystem operates. This role involves attending team standups and contributing to active documentation projects.
What you'll do#
- Author and edit technical content.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather technical information.
- Translate technical information into clear, accurate documentation.
- Explore how to apply AI tools in technical writing processes, including authoring, content review, and automated publishing.
- Participate in content reviews and peer editing sessions.
- Join team discussions on documentation standards and best practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Experience experimenting with AI writing tools in an academic or personal project context.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior contributors.
- Eligibility to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable law.
