About the role#
Marvell is seeking an Architecture Intern to join the Compute and Custom Solutions team in Burlington. This role serves as a technical interface for datacenter clients, helping define the technology strategy for products like SmartNICs, servers, AI accelerators, and switches. You will work across teams to define silicon partitioning, select IP, and address custom product requirements.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with customers, engineering, and marketing to define chip architectures for datacenter products.
- Identify optimal silicon partitioning, IP selection, and packaging technology.
- Create presentations to share Marvell solutions with customers.
- Coordinate with internal business units to share knowledge and leverage internal IP.
- Document findings and present results to your team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Knowledge of system architectures for datacenter products.
- Understanding of CMOS technology and physical design flow.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
- Programming experience is preferred.
