About the role#
Marvell is hiring a Supply Chain Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Santa Clara, California. You will work with the supply chain organization to manage demand planning, inventory, and program execution. This role involves using data to help the team meet customer commitments and improve operational performance.
What you'll do#
- Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and operational data to spot trends and risks.
- Support forecasting and planning through data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards and metrics to assist with business decisions.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly planning tasks, including demand and supply planning.
- Work with teams like Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Finance.
- Help with new product introductions and production ramp activities.
- Monitor supply chain performance to find process gaps and automation opportunities.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation date between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with programming languages or tools like Python, SQL, or R is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Exposure to statistical modeling, forecasting, automation, or machine learning concepts.
- Demonstrated interest in semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operations.
