About the role#
Based in Malta, New York, this internship supports our corporate communications and media relations team. You will work on messaging related to U.S. government affairs, semiconductor manufacturing, innovation, and sustainability. This role involves researching industry developments and helping translate complex topics into clear communications for executive engagements and external stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Draft, edit, and proofread corporate messaging, including talking points, briefing materials, presentations, fact sheets, and Q&As.
- Assist with corporate storytelling and thought leadership content, such as website copy and blog articles.
- Collaborate with government affairs, communications, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain messaging resources, editorial calendars, and project trackers.
- Coordinate review processes and incorporate feedback.
- Follow all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements and perform all tasks in a safe manner.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as at least a sophomore in a Bachelor’s degree program for Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 overall GPA and good academic standing.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Prior experience in corporate communications, public affairs, journalism, or policy research is preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Interest in the semiconductor industry, technology policy, and using AI tools to support research and productivity.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027 located in Malta, New York.
