About the role#
The Advanced Packaging team supports customers with package designs that meet complex electrical requirements. We focus on high speed signaling and power delivery networks for multi-chip and multi-component configurations. Our work includes 3D packaging, co-packaged optics, and substrate materials.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate package or PCB designs to meet electrical requirements.
- Work closely with physical designers and IP teams to optimize electrical performance.
- Run simulation tasks for signal and power integrity sign-off.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree program for Electrical Engineering, with a planned graduation date in 2028.
- Interest in hardware design.
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic fundamentals, signal integrity concepts, and circuit simulation techniques.
- Clear communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
