About the role#
The Logistics Operations team is looking for a student to support warehouse and distribution functions at our Malta site. You will focus on data analysis, risk assessment, and sustainability reviews to optimize operations and inventory efficiency. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work cross-functionally to support logistics warehouse and distribution operations.
- Support projects including kitting and repair program optimization.
- Improve inventory tracking and accuracy.
- Use Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft AI tools to analyze data and implement solutions.
- Document business processes and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Develop a project charter and present progress on key deliverables.
- Support all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.
What you'll need#
- Currently at least a sophomore pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- English language fluency in both written and verbal communication.
- Prior internship or co-op experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows.
- Project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
