About the role#
The Commercial group is hiring entry-level Business Analysts to join the team in Houston. This position offers exposure to the company fuel supply network in a team environment. This is a full-time role with an internship to full-time conversion track.
What you'll do#
- Provide day-to-day system administration support for business unit systems, including troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and prioritize business requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and systems to find areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business decisions.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Create process maps and workflow diagrams to identify bottlenecks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and propose efficient solutions.
- Test new systems or process enhancements and train end-users.
- Serve as a business liaison for internal and external audits.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Zero to two years of experience.
- Relevant academic background in Business Administration, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
