About the role#
This paid internship offers a structured introduction to the electrical distribution industry. You will spend 10 to 12 weeks learning how our business runs through a mix of mentoring and hands-on training. It is designed for students interested in sales or management careers.
What you'll do#
- Learn the core aspects of the CED business model.
- Handle warehouse tasks including shipping and receiving.
- Develop interpersonal skills through counter sales and customer relations.
- Complete special projects, such as market sales research or customer analysis.
- Work on additional tasks assigned by the management team.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You hold a current, valid driver license with a clean record.
- You are authorized to work in the United States.
- You have strong negotiation skills.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- You are a self-starter comfortable with a high volume of work.
