About the role#
This paid internship offers a 10-12 week introduction to the electrical distribution industry. You will learn how the business functions through a mix of mentoring and on-the-job training. The program is designed for those interested in sales or management careers.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience in warehouse operations and shipping and receiving.
- Assist with counter sales and build customer relations.
- Complete projects such as market sales or customer analysis.
- Develop interpersonal skills and learn the company business philosophy.
- Work in various environments, including warehouse, office, and external settings.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You hold a current, valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
- You have authorization to work in the United States.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- You possess strong negotiation skills.
- You are a self-starter who handles multiple tasks at once.

- This is a full-time, on-site role with rolling start dates.
- Positions are available in Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska, with specific opportunities in Little Rock, Arkansas.
