About the role#
This paid internship offers a 10 to 12 week introduction to the electrical distribution industry. You will gain a working knowledge of the business through mentoring and on-the-job training. The program is designed for individuals interested in sales or management. You will work across various environments including warehouses and offices.
What you'll do#
- Learn all aspects of the electrical distribution field.
- Participate in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.
- Handle counter sales and build customer relations.
- Complete special projects like market sales or customer analysis.
- Communicate effectively in English.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Current, valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work as a self-starter and handle multiple tasks.
