About the role#
Frazier & Deeter is hiring an Assurance Intern for Summer 2027. This full-time internship is based in Canton, Massachusetts. You will work alongside seniors and managers to gain practical experience in public accounting. You will be treated as an active member of the engagement team, working with clients that range from emerging businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with engagement leaders and team members on client projects.
- Develop core assurance skills by performing planning procedures, testing, and audit reporting.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
- Travel to client locations for on-site work.
- Participate in firm networking events and professional activities.
- Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from a dedicated buddy and performance manager.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- A clear interest in building a career in public accounting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
