About the role#
As an Executive Team Leader, you will manage store operations while building a culture focused on the guest experience. This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity designed to build your leadership skills in a retail environment. You will work on-site, balancing team management with daily business needs. We are looking for candidates pursuing or holding degrees in Business Administration or Operations Management.
What you'll do#
- Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the shopping experience and meets store sales goals.
- Anticipate staffing needs, recruit talent, and manage team performance through clear expectations.
- Partner with Team Leaders to build scheduling plans based on business workload and guest traffic.
- Act as a key carrier, ensuring all safety and security processes are followed.
- Establish a culture of accountability by observing, recognizing, and coaching team members.
What you'll need#
- A 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid business acumen.
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
