About the role#
This paid, full-time internship offers a hands-on training program designed to prepare you for store leadership. As a Store Executive Intern, you will gain a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role by working alongside mentors and store managers. You will spend your time leading teams, identifying store priorities, and delivering guest service across multiple departments. This role is intended for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources.
What you'll do#
- Drive guest experience and impact store financial, team, and operational performance.
- Work alongside a mentor to lead departments and learn effective management techniques.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve daily business priorities and sales goals.
- Plan daily goals and organize tasks within the store.
- Provide feedback to team members, address concerns, and remove operational hurdles.
- Participate in daily huddles and present summaries of results and priorities.
- Partner with store leaders to review business reporting and guest insights.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and ethical work environment.
What you'll need#
- Strong interest in retail management.
- Leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
- A welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to learn new technology.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to access all areas of the building, climb ladders, and lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Compensation: $28.00 - $29.50 per hour.
