About the role#
Baylor University is hiring a Student Manager for the softball department. This is a part-time, paid position based at Getterman Stadium in Waco, Texas. We are looking for students in Business Administration, Communications, or Operations Management to support our daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the set-up of practices.
- Organize team gear and equipment.
- Manage laundry duties.
- Maintain equipment inventory.
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for in-person guests and callers.
- Assist with special projects, event coordination, and reporting.
What you'll need#
- Ability to provide mid to advanced level administrative and operational support.
- Commitment to regular and punctual attendance.
- Ability to comply with all University policies.
Location & details#
- Location: Getterman Stadium, Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week.
- Term: Rolling (Fall, Spring, and ongoing).
- Work modality: On-site.
