Student Worker - Baylor Eats Student Food Service Associate

About the role#

The Student Food Service Associate supports daily operations within the Baylor Eats dining environment. This position focuses on the preparation, service, and distribution of food and beverages to ensure a positive dining experience for students, faculty, staff, and guests.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the preparation, service, and distribution of food and beverages.
• Provide customer service to dining guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout work areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Store food in designated areas following proper wrapping, dating, safety, and rotation procedures.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment as a student at Baylor University.
• Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Commitment to providing a positive dining experience.
• Majors preferred: Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or Sociology.
