About the role#
The Women's Basketball Graduate Manager assists the coaching staff with the daily operations of the program. This role supports practice preparation, game-day logistics, equipment management, and administrative tasks to ensure the program operates efficiently.
What you'll do#
- Assist the coaching staff with daily basketball operations, including the setup and breakdown of practice sessions.
- Support practice activities by rebounding, passing, running drills, and assisting with player development as directed.
- Organize and maintain practice equipment, such as basketballs, training gear, and program materials.
- Manage game-day preparations, including bench setup, warm-up coordination, and postgame equipment management.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a graduate program, with a preference for majors in Kinesiology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
Location & details#
- Location: Foster Pavilion, Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $10 per hour.
- Work modality: On-site.
