About the role#
The Women's Basketball Graduate Manager assists the coaching staff with the daily operations of the program. This position supports practice preparation, game-day logistics, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks to ensure the program operates efficiently.
What you'll do#
- Assist the coaching staff with daily basketball operations, including practice setup and breakdown.
- Support practice activities by rebounding, passing, running drills, and assisting with player development.
- Organize and maintain practice equipment, such as basketballs, training gear, and other program materials.
- Assist with game-day preparation, including bench setup, warm-up coordination, and postgame equipment management.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a graduate student at the university.
- Academic background in Kinesiology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology is preferred.
- Ability to commit to 20 hours of work per week.

- Location: Foster Pavilion, Waco, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $10 per hour.
