Student Worker - Summer Camp - Alleluia Conference - Worship Associate

About the role#

The Alleluia Conference is an enrichment event hosted by the Dunn Center for Christian Music Studies at Baylor University. This role supports the operational and worship leadership needs of the conference, which takes place from July 21 to July 25, 2026.

What you'll do#

• Assist patrons and speakers with navigation, session welcoming, and securing necessary materials.
• Manage the setup and teardown of conference spaces.
• Provide support for worship leadership components as needed.
• Float between conference buildings to handle deliveries, supply pickups, and other assigned tasks.

What you'll need#

• Availability to work up to 40 hours during the week of the conference.
• Experience or interest in hospitality and ushering at large events.
• Ability to assist with worship leadership components.
• Pursuing a degree in Communications, Human Resources, or Marketing is preferred.

Location & details#

• Location: Truett Seminary, Waco, Texas.
• Term: July 20, 2026, through July 24, 2026.
• Pay: $14.00 per hour.
• Work Modality: On-site.
