About the role#
Baylor University is hiring a Worship Associate for the Alleluia Conference. This role supports the Dunn Center for Christian Music Studies during their annual enrichment event for worship leaders and music ministers.
What you'll do#
- Assist patrons and speakers with finding rooms and securing materials.
- Welcome guests to sessions and help with ushering at large events.
- Manage the setup and teardown of conference spaces.
- Float between buildings to make deliveries and pick up supplies.
- Support worship leadership components of the event as needed.
What you'll need#
- Availability to work up to 40 hours during the week of the conference.
- Ability to assist with hospitality and event ushering.
- Interest in supporting worship leadership tasks.
- Enrollment in majors such as Communications, Human Resources, or Marketing is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Truett Seminary, Waco, Texas.
- Employment dates: July 20, 2026, to July 24, 2026.
- Schedule: Up to 40 hours during the conference week, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Pay: $14.00 per hour.
