About the role#
The Department of Health, Human Performance, and Recreation is seeking students to serve as models for a research project involving therapeutic exercise photography. This temporary position involves demonstrating various exercises, ranging from simple stretches to strenuous jumps, to be captured for project materials. You will work under the direction of a production team to ensure accurate positioning and adherence to wardrobe guidelines.
What you'll do#
- Participate as a model for therapeutic exercise photography sessions.
- Follow specific instructions from the production team regarding positioning and wardrobe.
- Maintain a professional demeanor on set to represent the University.
- Remain available for scheduled shoot dates, including those that may be scheduled with short notice.
- Assist with other departmental tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Baylor University student in good academic standing.
- Ability to perform exercises ranging from stretches to strenuous physical activity.
- Comfort in front of a camera and the ability to work collaboratively in a production setting.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Commitment to maintaining a total of 20 hours or less of student employment across all campus positions during the week of any project shoot.
- Availability between June and August, Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM or after 5:00 PM.

- Compensation: $10-$12 per hour, depending on experience and student status.
