About the role#
This role supports the Athletic Medicine department at Baylor University. You will assist with the daily operations of the Fudge Football Development Center. This is an on-site, part-time position working 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Set up and break down equipment for practices, games, and workouts.
- Provide hydration for athletes during events.
- Maintain, organize, and sanitize facilities and equipment.
- Manage inventory levels.
- Perform business operations tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Attend required meetings and events throughout the semester.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in Kinesiology, Health Administration, or Business Administration.
- Ability to stand for long periods and climb stairs in various weather conditions.
- Capacity to carry 50-pound coolers and weights with assistance.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance and keep confidential information secure.

- Location: Fudge Football Development Center, Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week, on-site.
- Pay: $7.50 to $10.00 per hour.
