About the role#
This student worker position supports the Athletic Medicine department at Baylor University. The role involves managing daily logistics for athletic teams, maintaining facility standards, and assisting with business operations. This is a paid, part-time, on-site position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Set up and break down equipment for practices, games, and workouts.
- Provide hydration support for athletes during events.
- Maintain, sanitize, and organize athletic facilities and equipment.
- Conduct inventory management.
- Perform business operations duties for your assigned area.
- Attend required meetings and events throughout the semester.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Kinesiology, Health Administration, or Business Administration.
- Ability to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Capability to carry 50-pound coolers and weights with assistance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to regular and punctual attendance.

- Location: Fudge Football Development Center, Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week.
