    About the role#

    This role supports the Athletic Medicine department at Baylor University. You will assist with the daily operations of the Fudge Football Development Center. This is an on-site, part-time position working 20 hours per week.

    What you'll do#

    • Set up and break down equipment for practices, games, and workouts.
    • Provide hydration for athletes during events.
    • Maintain, organize, and sanitize facilities and equipment.
    • Manage inventory levels.
    • Perform business operations tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
    • Attend required meetings and events throughout the semester.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in Kinesiology, Health Administration, or Business Administration.
    • Ability to stand for long periods and climb stairs in various weather conditions.
    • Capacity to carry 50-pound coolers and weights with assistance.
    • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance and keep confidential information secure.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Fudge Football Development Center, Waco, Texas.
    • Schedule: 20 hours per week, on-site.
    • Pay: $7.50 to $10.00 per hour.
