About the role#
This maintenance internship supports our facility operations in Clearfield. You will report to the maintenance manager and help keep the site clean, orderly, and compliant with safety directives. This is a part-time, on-site role with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Clean floors, bathrooms, and assigned building areas.
- Wash walls, windows, ceilings, and woodwork.
- Dust desks, bookshelves, cabinets, and office furniture.
- Collect and dispose of trash, litter, and debris from grounds, streets, and parking lots.
- Sweep and clean exterior steps, entrances, landings, and sidewalks.
- Use provided cleaning compounds, waxes, and disinfectants.
- Work shifts that include evenings and some weekends.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current Job Corps student.
- You must be a completer and ready for work-based learning.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have your student card.
Location & details#
- Location: Clearfield, Utah.
- Pay: $17.20 per hour.
- Schedule: Part-time, including evenings and weekends.
