About the role#
This is a part-time, paid internship for a maintenance student. You will report to the facility maintenance manager and help keep the facility clean and orderly. This role requires reliability and the ability to work evenings and some weekends.
What you'll do#
- Keep assigned areas clean and orderly.
- Clean floors, bathrooms, and outside areas.
- Wash walls, windows, ceilings, and woodwork.
- Dust desks, bookshelves, cabinets, and office furniture.
- Collect and dispose of trash, litter, and debris.
- Sweep and clean exterior steps, entrances, landings, and sidewalks.
- Use cleaning compounds, waxes, and disinfectants.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current Job Corps student.
- You must be a completer and ready for work-based learning.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have your student card.

- Location: Charleston, West Virginia.
- Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $17.20 per hour.
- Term: Rolling basis.
