About the role#
Insomniac Music Group is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our records team in Calabasas. You will work directly with the Marketing Manager to support our label operations and artist campaigns. This is a paid, on-site internship designed to provide hands-on experience in the music industry.
What you'll do#
- Manage the social media content calendar and schedule posts across label channels.
- Create, curate, and publish content for TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts.
- Research emerging social media trends, platform updates, and audience engagement strategies.
- Contribute creative ideas and marketing strategies for artists on the label roster.
- Support ongoing marketing campaigns and gather data for internal projects.
- Assist with day-to-day label operations and maintain our influencer database.
- Shadow brand activation efforts at festivals to help capture content.
What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade school.
- Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac brands.
- A motivated, proactive attitude with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work from our Calabasas office.
- Majors in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Business Administration are preferred.
