Insomniac - Paid Fall Music Group Marketing Intern

About the role#

Insomniac Events is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join the Insomniac Music Group team in Calabasas, California, for the Fall 2026 term. This paid, on-site internship offers hands-on experience in a label environment, supporting the marketing team with day-to-day operations and promotional initiatives.

What you'll do#

• Assist in managing the social media content calendar and scheduling posts across label channels.
• Develop, curate, and publish engaging content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Research emerging social media trends, platform updates, and audience engagement strategies.
• Contribute creative content ideas and marketing strategies for artists on the label roster.
• Support ongoing marketing campaigns and gather data for internal projects.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of the label's influencer database.
• Support brand activation efforts at festivals by capturing onsite content.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited college, university, or trade school with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Business Administration.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of dance music and Insomniac’s brands.
• A motivated, proactive attitude and the ability to work as an active problem solver.
• Ability to commit to 16-29 hours per week.
• Availability to work occasional holidays, evenings, and weekends as required.

• Compensation: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour.
